Nutrition for Pregnancy
You’re in the right place if…
You’re newly pregnant and already overwhelmed by what to eat
Nausea or food aversions are making it hard to eat balanced meals
You were diagnosed with gestational diabetes and don’t know where to start
You’re worried you’re not eating “well enough” for your baby
You keep Googling and getting completely different answers
If that sounds familiar, you’re not doing anything wrong - you just need clearer, more personalized guidance.
What I help with
I’ll help you find an approach that works for your body, your preferences, and whatever phase of pregnancy you’re in.
Common concerns I support:
Nausea and first trimester eating
Gestational diabetes
Iron deficiency and anemia
Building balanced meals without restriction
Figuring out what actually sounds good (and still meets your needs)
Why work with me
You deserve advice that’s both trustworthy and doable.
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and have a PhD in Nutritional Biology, which means I’m trained to understand and interpret research - not just repeat general guidelines. But more importantly, I translate that science into real-life strategies that work when you’re tired, busy, or feeling sick.
I’m also a mom of two, so I understand how beautiful, challenging, and life-changing pregnancy can be.
My approach is:
Evidence-based (without being overwhelming)
Practical and flexible
Non-judgmental and supportive
Using your insurance
Most visits are covered by insurance.
I’ll verify your benefits for you before your first visit
Many clients pay $0 out of pocket
Virtual sessions are available across PA, NJ, and DE
You don’t have to figure this out on your own—I’ll walk you through it.
What it’s like to work together

Clear answers to your questions (without the internet spiral)
Support that adapts as your pregnancy progresses
Looking ahead
If you’d like, we can continue working together after baby arrives—whether that’s navigating infant feeding or handling picky eating in the toddler years.

“I have been working with Megan since my second trimester, and being a first time mom; she has helped tremendously!! Figuring out what the baby and I need nutrition wise has put a lot of ease on my nerves. I’m glad I have such a great resource as we head into the postpartum phase and newborn stage. She never makes me feel bad or feel any judgement on what I’m eating, if anything just helps align my current diet to better fulfill the needs that baby and I have. Recommend her to everyone !!.”
