Nutrition for Infants and Young Kids
From starting solids to dealing with ‘picky’ eating, get clear, realistic guidance that actually fits your day-to-day life.
Work 1:1 with a pediatric dietitian. Most visits are covered by insurance.
You’re in the right place if…
You want guidance on starting solids but feel overwhelmed by all the advice
Your baby has a food allergy (cow’s milk protein allergy, soy allergy, etc)
You’re worried your baby isn’t eating enough (or is eating too often)
Your toddler or preschooler is a ‘picky eater’ and you’re feeling frustrated
You want to create healthy family eating patterns from the start!
Feeding young kids can be overwhelming. My goal is to make feeding feel simpler, more manageable, and a lot less stressful.
Why work with me
You deserve advice that’s both trustworthy and doable.
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and have a PhD in Nutritional Biology, which means I’m trained to understand and interpret research - not just repeat general guidelines. But more importantly, I translate that science into real-life strategies that work when you’re tired, busy, or feeling sick.
I’m also a mom of two, so I understand how different things can look in real life compared to what’s “on paper.” My goal is to help you find an approach that works for your life.
My approach is:
Evidence-based (without being overwhelming)
Practical and flexible
Non-judgmental and supportive
Using your insurance
Most visits are covered by insurance.
I’ll verify your benefits for you before your first visit
Many clients pay $0 out of pocket
Virtual sessions are available across PA, NJ, and DE
What it’s like to work together
Getting support is simpler than you might expect:
1. Schedule your appointment
Choose a time that works for you (virtual or in-person)
2. I’ll check your insurance
You’ll know what’s covered before we meet
3. Meet 1:1
We’ll talk through what’s going on and what feels hardest right now
4. Get ongoing support
How long and how often we meet is up to you, your goals, and your availability
What you can expect
More confidence in how you’re feeding your little ones
Less second-guessing (and less late-night Googling)
Simple, realistic ideas for meals and snacks even on busy, unpredictable days
Clear guidance that adapts as your baby grows and your needs change
Looking ahead
This is just the beginning of your child’s feeding journey.
A strong foundation can go a long way in preventing or reducing picky eating - but if challenges do come up in the school or teen years, you’ll already have support in place.

““Megan was super helpful in helping me navigate postpartum nutrition for not only myself but my little one too. She was super flexible with scheduling and gave me so many good tips to get good nutritious food on the table without getting too stressed about it. Would highly recommend to anyone needing extra help for themselves or their family!””
