Dr. Megan uses the latest research to personalize advice for your health goals. ‘I believe that a healthy relationship with food is as important as having a healthy diet, so I don’t prescribe rigid diet rules. Instead, I aim to empower moms, kids, and families to make the healthiest choices for themselves.’

  • Family Centered Nutrition Science uses a HIPPA-compliant telehealth platform called Simple Practice. During an initial session, you’ll talk about your dietary habits, lifestyle, and health history. True change requires time and commitment; at least 3-4 sessions are recommended. How often and how long you’d meet together is up to you, your goals, and your interest!
